Payment Terms:

  • All services must be paid for in full at the time of booking or purchase.
  • For daycare/boarding, full payment is required at check-in.
  • No refunds or exchanges unless stated otherwise in our policies.

4. Pet Sales Policy

Health Guarantee

  • All pets are sold in good health and free from communicable diseases at the time of sale.
  • Buyers have 48 hours from the time of purchase to have the pet examined by a licensed veterinarian in Dubai (at their own cost).
  • If the pet is diagnosed with any of the specified diseases, the buyer may:
    • Return the pet with a written veterinarian report, or
    • Contact us for treatment at our accredited veterinarian (covered by us).
  • If the pet passes away within 48 hours, the buyer is eligible for a full refund (pet cost only).

Important:

  • We are not responsible for any veterinary expenses if the buyer chooses a different vet.
  • After 48 hours, the pet's health becomes the owner's responsibility.
  • No refunds/exchanges due to landlord restrictions, allergies, or pet compatibility issues.

5. Boarding & Daycare Policy

Requirements for Boarding & Daycare

  • All pets must be fully vaccinated (DPPHI, Nobivac, Kennel Cough, Rabies).
  • Pets must be free of ticks and fleas. If found within 7 days before check-in, a medicated shower (extra charge) is required.

Medical Emergencies

  • If a pet shows illness symptoms while boarding, we will contact the owner.
  • If the owner is unavailable, we will take the pet to a vet at our discretion.
  • The owner must cover all veterinary expenses.

Liability & Behavior

  • We reserve the right to refuse or remove any pet showing aggressive or disruptive behavior.
  • Pet owners assume full responsibility for any injuries or disputes involving their pet.
  • We are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or pet conflicts during boarding.

Abandonment Policy

  • If a pet is not picked up on time and the owner is unreachable, we may take necessary steps to ensure the pet's care.
  • If a pet is abandoned, we will take legal action and charge the owner for all related expenses.

6. Grooming Policy

  • We provide professional grooming services, but cannot guarantee specific results due to variations in pet coat types.
  • If a pet has severe matting, additional charges may apply, or the pet may need a shave-down.
  • We are not responsible for minor cuts, skin irritations, or reactions to grooming products.

7. Pet Relocation Policy

  • Pet relocation services are subject to government regulations and airline policies.
  • Owners must provide accurate documentation for travel.
  • We are not liable for delays due to customs, airline policies, or incomplete paperwork.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Pet Sales: Refunds/exchanges only for health-related issues within 48 hours (as per Pet Sales Policy).
  • Grooming: No refunds once the service has been completed.
  • Boarding & Daycare:
    • Cancellations 48+ hours before check-in: Full refund.
    • Cancellations less than 48 hours before check-in: No refund.
  • Training & Relocation: Refunds based on service progress (case-by-case basis).

9. Liability Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or incidents after a pet leaves our facility.
  • Owners are responsible for their pets' behavior and health after purchase.
  • Participation in daycare, boarding, and training is at the owner's risk.

10. Privacy Policy

  • We collect and store customer information as per our Privacy Policy, which covers:
    • Personal Information: Name, contact details, order history.
    • Usage Data: Website interactions, payment details (processed securely).
    • Cookies: Used to enhance website experience (can be disabled).
    • Data Security: We take reasonable measures to protect customer data but cannot guarantee 100% security.
